Summary:PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to improve light absorption in a photoelectric area by including a reflecting layer, which reflects the light transmitting a second substrate, to a photoelectric area. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric area(130) is formed between an anode substrate(110) and a cathode substrate(120). The anode substrate includes a first electrode(111) which applies the electronics excited with an optical energy to an outer load. The cathode substrate includes a second electrode(121) which is applied with the electronics from the outer load and applies the electronics to the photoelectric area. The photoelectric area includes a dye active layer(131), a scattering layer(132), and an electrolyte layer(133). A reflecting layer(170) is arranged by facing the photoelectric area.
