Summary:PURPOSE: A system for measuring the charging amount of a battery and a method thereof using the same are provided to exactly measure the charging amount of a battery by including a sensor unit with a simple configuration and a charging amount calculating part in a signal processing unit. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(100) measures the current and voltage of a battery. A signal processing unit(200) filters the current and voltage value measured in the sensor unit and measures by calculating the charging amount of a battery. The signal processing unit comprises an A/D converter(210), a filtering part(220), and a charging amount measuring part. The A/D converter changes an analog voltage and current value, which are measured in the sensor unit, into a digital value. The filtering part eliminates the noise included in a current and a voltage which are converted in the A/D converter.
