Summary:PURPOSE: A wire type/plate type heating object and a snow melting/hot bed mat with the same are provided to obtain high heating efficiency, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A wire type/plate type heating object includes a lower polyester film, a plate type heating unit, an upper polyester film, and an electrode(17). The lower polyester film has a square band shape or a square plate shape. The plate type heating unit includes paint with a nickel indium oxide compound. The upper polyester film has the same shape as the lower polyester film. The upper polyester film is laminated on the lower polyester film which is coated on the plate type heating unit. The electrode is coupled with both ends of the plate type heating unit.
