Summary: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an anode is provided to increase effectively the resistivity against a creep deformation of the anode by specifically restricting a mixing ratio of the nickel - aluminum - chrome ternary system. So the manufacture of a molten carbonate fuel cell by an In-situ sintering process is made possible and a long time operation of the cell can be possible. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anode for molten carbonate fuel cell comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing an alloy powder including nickel, aluminum and chrome; a Step of manufacturing slurry by mixing the alloy powder with a binder and a solvent; a step of molding the slurry to a green sheet by tape casting; and a step of In-situ sintering in pre-processing after settling the green sheet to a fuel cell. |
