Summary:PURPOSE: An automatic error detection method in a wire bonding process and a system and storing medium thereof are provided to automatically detect a fault generation situation in the wire bonding process, thereby improving the quality of the wire bonding process. CONSTITUTION: A storage part(810) stores feature data in a wire bonding process and control data controlling the wire bonding process. A determining part(820) receives process related information from an equipment control automation server or wire bonding equipment. The determining part compares the process related information with the data stored in the storage part in order to detect changed items. A control part(830) receives indication data indicating an error detection process in the automation server or equipment according to the changed items.
