The invention provides a clamp for an expanding roller and an expanding roller device, wherein, the clamp expanding roller comprises a clamp and guide rails. A pair of guide rails is equipped on the two sides of a film transmission path. The interval between the guide rails is gradually widened as the film is transmitted from the upstream side to the downstream side. The clamp freely moves along the guide rails. The clamp comprises a frame (33) and a baffle plate (34). The baffle plate (34) is equipped on the frame (33) through a pivot shaft. The frame (33) comprises a support plane (33a) for supporting an inner face (12b). One end of the baffle plate (34) is provided with an extrusion face (34a) capable of contacting a surface (12f) while the other end of the baffle plate (34) is provided with a clamping head part. The baffle plate (34) freely rotates between a holding device where the extrusion face (34a) is in contact with a film (12) supported on the support plane (33a) and an isolating position where the extrusion face (34a) is far away from the film (12) supported on the support plane (33a). The extrusion face (34a) is provided with a groove (34az).
