Summary:The invention relates to an anti-dazzle hard film and a polarizer equipped with the hard film capable of avoiding the fading and the contrast descending. The anti-dazzle hard film is high in image definition. The anti-dazzle hard film is characterized in that the surface of a transparent plastic film is equipped with a hard coating formed with hard coating formation material. The hard coating formation material contains (A) active energy induction composition and (B) spherical organic particles. The total haze valve of the hard coating is smaller than 20%. The valve of "the total haze valve-internal haze valve" is within the range of -10 - +1%. The opposite side of the hard coating formation surface is attached with a polarizer so as to form a polarizer.
