Summary:PURPOSE: A producing method of a polymerized toner having the large particle size is provided to recycle coarse toner particles obtained from a toner production process for reducing the environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polymerized toner comprises the following steps: collecting coarse toner particles, and crushing the obtained coarse toner particles until the diameter of the toner particles is 5~7micrometers; heat processing the crushed coarse toner particles at 95~97deg C for 1~4hours; and washing and drying the heat processed coarse toner particles.
