CONSTITUTION: A method for making well-being Makkoli comprises: a step of forming powder from Phellinus yucatensis, mulberry leaves, pine needles, garlic, strawberry, and citrus; a step of preparing hard-boiled rice using sap from one of Phellinus yucatensis, mulberry leaves, pine needles, garlic, strawberry, and citrus; a step of mixing the hard-boiled rice and powder in a same ratio, 8-12 weight% of nuruk, and 30-40 weight% of yeast to prepare a mixture; a step of boiling one of Phellinus yucatensis, mulberry leaves, pine needles, garlic, strawberry, and citrus to prepare a liquid; and a step of pouring to the mixture and maturing.
