Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing a terminal web service and a method thereof are provided to interlink with a terminal data or an intrinsic function of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A web application offering part executes a received script of a client from an external web server(710). The web application offering part discovers a terminal web service control script which controls the terminal in order to interlink with the web service(720). The web application offering part creates an HTTP request message which request the provision of the terminal web service(730). An HTTP response message offers response message by the web service according to the reception of the HTTP request message(740).
