PURPOSE: A sliding door of a vehicle for preventing head impact at the time of getting on/off is provided to enable passengers to safely and conveniently get on/off a vehicle without hanging down the heads of the passengers. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door(2) of a vehicle for preventing head impact at the time of getting on/off the vehicle is integrally extended to a loop area of the top of the heads of a driver and passengers to prevent the heads of the driver and passengers from bumping against the door when the driver and passengers get on/off the vehicle. The sliding door comprises hinge shafts(3), sliders(4), and rollers. The hinge shafts are rotatably coupled to a vehicle body(1). The sliders are hinged on the ends of the hinge shafts and are located at guide grooves formed inside the sliding door. The rollers are rotatably installed outside the sliders.
