Summary: | PURPOSE: An expression vector containing cancer cell-specific overexpression promoter is provided to treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A cancer cell-specific expression vector contains a mutation promoter in which a part of cytokinesis 1 protein regulator 1(PRC 1) gene promoter upstream is deleted. The part is 1-1,289bp from the upstream end. The mutation promoter is selected from sequence numbers 6-9. The expression vector additionally contains cancer cell apoptotic gene. The expression vector is a recombinant AAV vector. The cancer cell apoptotic gene is a pro-apoptotic gene or death receptor/ligand gene. The pro-apoptotic gene is Bax(BCL2-associated X) or Bad(BCL2-antagonist of cell death). The death receptor/ligand gene is TNF-alpha or Fas ligand. |
