Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for searching users with a common concern are provided to acquire information about the user having the common concern with the calculation of a relation distance from the user having the common concern. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(110) is input a message including a keyword related to the concern of a user from a user terminal(300). A user information extractor(120) extracts user information. A user information search unit(130) searches and reads out the user information of users with a common concern. A relation distance calculator(140) calculates a relation distance between the user and the common concern user. A relation map generator(150) creates and outputs a relation map.
