Summary:PURPOSE: A method of recovering metal from hydrogen-converted heavy-effluent is provided to facilitate a metal recovering process since metal is enriched on the surface of additive. CONSTITUTION: A method of recovering metal from hydrogen-converted heavy-effluent is as follows. A starting material(85) is converted to ash including metals and the metal is selected among vanadium, group 8~10 metals, group 6 metals. For first solid and supernatant liquid(110) to be formed, ash is leached using leaching solution. For precipitate and additional supernatant liquid to be manufactured, the supernatant liquid and aqueous ammonium sulfate solution(111) are mixed. For second solid to be manufactured, additional supernatant liquid, aqueous ammonium sulfate solution and sulfuric acid solution(112) are mixed.
