Summary:PURPOSE: A double layer cleanser cosmetic composition with a moisturizing effect is provided to ensure effectively remove contaminant on the skin and to minimize skin dryness. CONSTITUTION: A double layer cleanser cosmetic composition with a moisturizing effect contains 30-60 weight% of surfactant, 5-30 weight% of oil ingredient part, 0.01-5 weight% of moisturizing ingredient part, and 5-55 weight% of purified water. The surfactant is sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, ammonium polyoxy ethylene lauryl sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, and coconut fatty acid diethanol amide. The oil ingredient part is olive oil, soybean oil, grape seed oil, macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, aroma oil, and vegetable oil.
