Summary:There is provided a mounting structure for an automotive room lamp which can contribute to reduction in fabrication cost and increase in productivity. There is provided a mounting structure for an automotive room lamp including an outer housing 11 having a first locking portion, a ceiling 13 including a lamp opening portion 13a, an inner housing 11 having a first locking facing portion 12g which is locked in the first locking portion 11 g of the outer housing 11 and a second locking portion 12n, and a reinforcement 15 having a second locking facing portion which 15h is locked on the second locking portion 12n of the inner housing 12, wherein the ceiling 13 is fixed between the outer housing 11 and the inner housing 12 by locking the first locking facing portion 12g of the inner housing 12 in the first locking portion 11 g of the outer housing 11 via the lamp opening portion 13a in the ceiling 13 and a bracket portion 12b which is provided along an outer circumference of the inner housing 12 is shaped so as to follow a shape of an upper side of the ceiling 13.
