Summary:PURPOSE: A construction method for a vertical hole using ground replacement is provided to insert a pipe even in cohesive soil or rock ground and prevent subsidence. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a vertical hole using ground replacement is as follows. A lower pipe(100a) is arranged on the ground(10) where the upper opening of a vertical hole is to be located. A part(11) of the lower ground of the lower pipe is excavated and a replacement material is filled in the excavated part. The above process is repeated on the other part of the lower ground of the lower pipe, thereby replacing the whole part of the lower ground of the lower pipe with the replacement material. The replacement material is excavated and the lower pipe is settled. An intermediate pipe is connected to the top of the lower pipe.
