Summary:PURPOSE: A stylus and a touch input system are provided to change a line width displayed by a display device with a separate electric signal transmitted from the stylus. CONSTITUTION: If a contact pressure is applied, a touch portion(116) is electrically connected with the contact pressure to a battery module(114) and consecutively emits an optical signal. A transducer module(118) converts the contact pressure into an electric signal directly proportionate to the contact pressure. A display device(120) receives the optical signal and detects the electric signal within a predetermined frequency range.
