PURPOSE: An anti-fouling film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used as coating film in not only cell phone or large size display but also exterior material of home appliances, and to improve the anti-fouling property. CONSTITUTION: In the one side of a base film(100), pattern(200) of 1~150μm in diameter and 1~100μm in height is repeatedly arranged and formed. The base film includes color ink layer which forms in other side of the side in which the pattern is formed. The base film is polycarbonate or the polyethylene terephthalate film. The interval of pattern is 10~300μm. The pattern has a hemispherical form or polygonal pyramid form. The color ink layer more includes the bonding layer in the opposite face of the side in which the base film is attached. The pattern is arranged in the grid form in which left and right are symmetry based on the central line or the lozenge form.
