Summary: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to improve an opening rate of a liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device includes as follows. A first step is to provided a first substrate which is distinguished into a pixel unit, a data pad unit, and a gate pad unit. A second step is to form a gate electrode and a gate line which is comprised of a first conductive film to a pixel unit of a first substrate through a first mask process. A third step is to form a first insulating film on the first substrate. A fourth step is to form a data line(117) which defines a pixel area by exchanging a source/drain electrode and a gate line which electrically connected to the source/drain area of the active layer. A fifth step is to from a second insulating film(115b) on the first substrate. A sixth step is to form a third insulating film with a photosensitive organic material such as photo-acryl on the second insulating film. A seventh step of hardening a third insulating film through a solidifying process. |
