Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in resource allocation in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to improve resource use efficiency by preventing repeated retransmission of data. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives feedback information about the uplink transmission from a base station(500). The terminal checks whether the feedback information is ACK/NACK/NULL signal or not(502). If the terminal receives the ACK signal, the terminal transmits new packet at the next resource allocation period(506). If the terminal receives the NULL signal, the terminal transmits receives newly allocated IE at the next resource allocation period(508). If the terminal receives the NACK signal, the terminal performs synchronous retransmitting packet transmission(510).
