Summary:PURPOSE: A DACS head-end system for processing an error of secure module client software and a method thereof are provided to block the additional transmission of the secure module client software having the error by altering the transmission policy of the secure module client software related to the error information. CONSTITUTION: A policy server(120) stores/processes the transmission policy of the secure module client software. A download server(130) transmits the secure module client software to the authenticated terminal(140). An authentication proxy server receives the result information of the reception/installation of the secure module client software from the terminal and sends the result information to the policy server and the download server. If the error information is over the standard value in the secure module client software, the policy server alters the transmission policy.
