PURPOSE: A water body self-generating electrolytic reduction module is provided to reduce external power consumption by eliminating oxide from a water body without using electrical power and chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A water body self-generating electrolytic reduction module comprises a self-generating unit(20) and an electrolysis unit(30). The self-generating unit is arranged inside a pipeline for transferring water and comprises blades. The self-generating unit produces electrical power when the blades are rotated. When a water body is rotated inside the pipeline, the water body rotates the blades. The electrolysis unit is arranged inside the pipeline and is coupled to the self-generating unit. When the electrolysis unit receives the electrical power from the self-generating unit, the electrolysis unit electrolyzes the water body.
