Summary:PURPOSE: An avigation apparatus, a navigation system and a movement route calculation method of the same are provided to cut the cost for installing the power feed road since installing the power feed road with more efficiency is possible since the installing the power feed road in not all roads but in the major road is possible. CONSTITUTION: The navigation apparatus includes: a navigation signal receiving part(131); a battery state checking par(132); a moving route calculation part(134); and a communication part(133). The navigation signal receiving part receives a navigation signal toward the location of the vehicles from satellite. The battery state confirmation part confirms the state of charge about the battery(121) included in the vehicles. The battery is charged by using the electricity current generated by the electromagnetic field created in outside. The moving route calculation part computes the moving route of the vehicle by using the navigation signal received from the navigation signal receiver. The moving route calculation part computes the movement route of the vehicles according to the state of charge of the battery which the movement route computation part is identified in the battery state confirmation part. The communication unit receives a message the information about the location in which the electromagnetic field is created.
