The environmental stress includes high temperature, dryness, low temperature, bittern, or flooding. A polynucleotide encoding CaBI-1 polypeptide comprises a polynucleotide encoding a protein having an amino acid of sequence number 1; or a polynucleotide of sequence number 2. An expression vector contains the polynucleotide of CaBI-1 polypeptide.
