Summary: | PURPOSE: A thin film solar battery and manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a transparent p type zinc oxide in which copper is doped as a frontal electrode to increase the rate of collecting holes, thereby increasing photoelectric efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A p type frontal electrode(103) is formed on a transparent substrate(101). A semiconductor layer(105) is formed on the frontal electrode. The semiconductor layer is composed of a p type semiconductor layer(105p), an I type intrinsic semiconductor layer(105i), and an n type semiconductor layer(105n). A rear reflection layer(107) is formed on the semiconductor layer. A rear electrode(109) is formed on the rear reflection layer. |
