Summary:PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting transmitter, digital broadcasting receiver, stream configuration thereof, and processing method thereof are provided to increase the reception performance of the transport stream and to diversify the transmission rate of mobile data. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(5100) combines existing mobile data in an existing mobile data area and new mobile data in a normal data area. The receiver receives stream through SCCC(Serially Concatenated Convolutional Code) coding. A demodulator(5200) demodulates the received stream. An equalizer(5300) equalizes the demodulated stream. A decoding unit(5400) decodes the existing mobile data or the new mobile data from the equalized stream.
