Summary:PURPOSE: A device for sheltering from fire in a building is provided to protect the human life from flame or poisonous gas when a fire occurs. CONSTITUTION: A device for sheltering from fire in a building comprises: an upper lid(10) which is equipped with a plurality of drains in a lower plate and in which a water storage area is formed; a bottom plate(20) connected to the upper lid; one or more opening cylinders(40) offering elastic propulsion force to the upper lid; a heat insulation curtain(60) intercepting the heat of fire delivered from the outside; a plurality of water supply pipes(90); a valve unit for opening and closing an internal flow path of the water supply pipe; a valve opening unit which turns on the valve unit in the open position; and a plurality of wires(50).
