PURPOSE: A de-mineralizer for a fuel cell car is provided to reduce the thickness of an ion resin layer that cooling water passes through using a filter member. CONSTITUTION: A de-mineralizer for a fuel cell car comprises a housing and a filter member. The housing comprises inlet and outlet ports and a secondary flow chamber. The secondary flow chamber is connected to the outlet port. The filter member is formed in a hollow shape filled with ion resin and is installed inside the housing. Cooling water flowing into a primary flow chamber passes through the filter member and is discharged to the outside through the secondary flow chamber and the outlet port.
