CONSTITUTION: An output terminal(74,76) is connected between LED strings. A power transformer(38) converts an input voltage into a constant voltage. A switch circuit(60) is connected to a bias node to apply a bias voltage to the bias node. A current source(22) is connected to the output terminal and connected to an LED string in series between the power transformer and the bias node.
