Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an end plate for a fuel cell stack is provided to enable mass production through injection molding, to improve productivity, and to secure stable quality of products against product size tolerance, insulating property, ad air/water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an end plate(100) for a fuel cell stack comprises the steps of: manufacturing a support plate(110) and a current collector(120) in which a terminal(121) is formed; manufacturing an insulating plate(130) in which a terminal insert part(131) by injection molding a polymer resin; assembling a plate-current collector assembly by interposing the insulating plate between the support plate and current collector; inserting the plate-current collector assembly in a mold of an injection molding device; and injection molding the polymer resin in order to surround the outer surface of the plate-current collector assembly in the state where the terminal of the current collector and the cell contact surface are exposed. |
