Summary:PURPOSE: An opening and shutting control system using a wireless controller and an opening and shutting control method are provided to control field facilities while watching the field facility including a pump, a valve, etc. without additional wiring. CONSTITUTION: A remote terminal unit(100) controls the opening and shutting state of a field unit through the operation control command of the field unit. The remote terminal unit stores the configuration state information and operation state information of the field unit. A wireless controller(300) receives the configuration state information and operation state information of the field unit from the remote terminal unit. The wireless controller adjusts the operation state information to a desired operation state.
