The magnetic lines of force forms a magnetic filed. The magnetic field is generated by a surge current. A magnetic sheet(50) is arranged in the detection region and has a seat member, a record layer, and a protective layer. The rear side of the seat member is arranged in the detection region. The record layer records and eases interlinkage The protective layer covers the record layer.
