PURPOSE: A producing method of a dried product of tangerine peel using dehydrated tangerine peel liquid is provided to dehydrate the tangerine peel using the dehydrated tangerine peel liquid as a dehydrating agent. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dried product of tangerine peel comprises the following steps: adding 50~100parts of dehydrated tangerine peel liquid by weight to 100parts of tangerine peel by weight, for obtaining dehydrated tangerine peel and the dehydrated tangerine peel liquid; and centrifugal separating the dehydrated tangerine peel and the dehydrated tangerine peel liquid for 3~7minutes at 2,500~3,500rpm for obtaining the dried product of the tangerine peel.
