Summary:PURPOSE: A producing method of garlic leaf tea is provided to improve the taste and the flavor of the garlic leaf tea using optimum drying and roasting processes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of garlic leaf tea comprises the following steps: washing collected garlic leaves, and drying; cutting the dried garlic leaves into 0.5~1.5cm; roasting the cut garlic leaves at 115~150deg C for 4~5minutes, and drying the leaves in the shade; secondly roasting the garlic leaves at 115~130deg C for 2~3minutes, and drying the leaves in the shade; thirdly roasting the garlic leaves at 105~120deg C for 1~2minutes, and drying the leaves in the shade; roasting the garlic leaves at 95~110deg C for 30seconds~1minute, and drying the leaves in the shade; and adding brown rice, mugwort, and citron leaves into the garlic leaves.
