Summary:PURPOSE: A common uplink bearer constitution method and apparatus thereof in a wireless communication network are provided to share common bearer in a plurality of UE(User Equipment) and to prevent the unnecessary waste of the resources. CONSTITUTION: An HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(510) transfers an update location ACK message to an MME(Mobility Management Entity)(504). The MME transmits bearer generation request message to an S-GW(Serving Gateway)(506). The S-GW confirms the existence of a common uplink S1 bearer. If the common uplink S1 bearer does not exist, the S-GW generates new common uplink S1 bearer.
