PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for producing pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes is provided to accurately dry coating agent by blowing hot air to a tape base material without the increment of size of a drying apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus(30) for producing pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes comprises cylinder bodies(310a,310b). A tape base material(T) is wound around a cylinder body in a spiral form from one end to the other end to be slidable. Multiple air holes(311a,311b) are formed in the entire peripheral wall of the cylinder body. The tape base material is spirally wound around the peripheral wall. The hot air flows from the inside of the cylinder body to the outside of the cylinder body through an air hole.
