Summary:PURPOSE: A system and method for providing qos in a multi event processing environment are provided to supply a framework for calling and identifying a QoS function in a multi even processing environment having an event processing application which is driven at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An event listener interface(911) connects an even processing application and distinguish a QoS function which is applicable to the event processing unit. An event service interface(912) accessed from the event listener interface and provides the QoS function to th event processing application. The QoS function separates events related to avoid competition state between the event processing applications.
