Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for testing electromagnetic susceptibility of an on-line electric vehicle are provided to have no interference with a feed line while including the feed line. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus and a method for testing electromagnetic susceptibility of an on-line electric vehicle, an electromagnetic susceptibility test device includes a support plate(100), a feed line, and an electromagnetic wave shielding unit. The support plate rotates a vehicle while supporting it. A feed line is contacted to an inverter. The electromagnetic wave shielding unit is made of a ferrite material.
