CONSTITUTION: A mass-production method of astragalus membranaceus calluses comprises the following steps: sterilizing astragalus membranaceus seeds; culturing the sterilized astragalus membranaceus seeds in vitro; cutting leaves or stems of the cultured astragalus membranaceus; and putting the cut tissues on a callus induction medium for inducing the callus generation.
