Summary:PURPOSE: An electronic device, a washer, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deformation of a circuit board when a temperature load is applied to the circuit board or a case. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board(110) is fixed to a metallic case(120) with a screw(130). A washer(140) with a first leg is inserted between the head of the screw and the circuit board. The washer with a first leg includes a washer body and four leg parts. A first washer leg part reduces a load on the circuit board when the circuit board is pressurized and heated.
