Summary:PURPOSE: An organic elestroluminescent display device is provided to prevent the malfunction of a scanning driving unit by stably supplying gate high-level voltage and gate low-level voltage to the scanning driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(40) comprises a plurality of pixels, which are located on the intersection of scanning lines and data lines. The pixel unit is located on the central part of a panel. The scanning driving unit(10) supplies scanning signals to the scanning lines. The scanning driving unit is located on one side of the panel. A pad unit(60) supplies driving power and a control signal to the pixel unit and the scanning driving unit.
