Summary:PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to prevent the shape deformation of a barrier pattern by forming a barrier from an outmost edge portion of a discharge enhancement layer to a regressive portion of an effective region. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(10) and a second substrate(20) face each other and are distanced from each other. A barrier(40) sets up a discharging cell by classifying the space between the first and second substrates. An address electrode(11) is extended between the first substrate and the barrier in a first direction. A display electrode(30) is extended between the second substrate and the barrier in a second direction crossing the first direction. The discharging cell includes a first space and a second space connected to the first space through the installation on the first substrate.
