Summary:PURPOSE: A device for detecting a water leak is provided to improve detection accuracy by confirming a water leak position and to simplify the structure of water leak detection equipment. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting a water leak comprises water leak sensors(10A,10B), water leak detection units(40A,40B), wireless relay units(50A,50B), and a water leak management server(60). The water leak sensors measure a water leak. The water leak detection units have GPS receive modules for providing a synchronizing signal which detects a water leak and detect the water leak. The wireless relay units calculate the position of the water leak by wirelessly collecting water leak data. The water leak management server outputs the water leak position in order to enable a user to monitor the water leak by communicating with the wireless relay units.
