Summary:PURPOSE: A content providing server and method thereof are provided to successively receive streaming content fit for the capacity of a terminal through a service session. CONSTITUTION: A service session management unit(14) creates a service session for a first terminal which succeeds in the authentication of service subscription information. The service session management transfers a service session control message about the service session to the first terminal. A service provider(16) offers streaming content to the first terminal corresponding to the terminal capacity information of the first terminal. The service session management creates a service session for a second terminal.
