Summary:PURPOSE: A method for preparing a body massage solution is provided to activate body condition and to remove skin blemish. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a body massage solution comprises: a step of inoculating Tibetan mushroom into heat-sterilized milk; a step of fermenting at 30°C for about 24 hours and precipitating to collect pure white milk; a step of washing mushroom cleanly; a step of heating the fermented milk at 70-80°C for 20 minutes and enhancing the fermented milk concentration; a step of adding angelicae dahuricae Radix, and saururus Herba into water and boiling for one hour; a step of removing medicinal herbs and filtering the solution; and a step of mixing the fermented milk and medicinal herb extract in a ratio of 6:4.
