Summary:PURPOSE: A liquid culture medium composition for culturing inonotus obliquus mycelia is provided to mass-produce protein-bound polysaccharide having an immunity enhancement effect. CONSTITUTION: A liquid culture medium composition for culturing inonotus obliquus mycelia contains 8~16g/L of glucose, 20~32g/L of fructose, and 4~8g/L of soytone peptone. The culturing method of the inonotus obliquus mycelia on the liquid culture medium composition comprises the following steps: passage culturing the inonotus obliquus mycelia on an agar medium; static culturing the inonotus obliquus mycelia on a stationary culture medium; and liquid culturing the inonotus obliquus mycelia on a liquid medium.
