Summary:PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve the energy efficiency by employing heat radiation fins of an elliptical shape so as to make the heat transfer smooth. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(100) comprises a pipe(10) in which a fluid flows and a plurality of heat radiation fins(20) which are formed on the exterior of the pipe so that heat exchange takes place between the fluid flowing in the pipe and the fluid flowing around the heat radiation fins. The heat radiation fins are formed of a thin metal material in an elliptical shape, wherein the long axis is arranged to be perpendicular to the flow of the fluid flowing outside the radiating fins.
