Summary:PURPOSE: A static spraying mixer is provided to enable components to be sprayed or efficiently mixed or completely mixed as having a simple structure for mixing and spraying the two or more mobility components. CONSTITUTION: A static spraying mixer includes a pipe mixing housing(2), at least one mixing element(3), an atomization sleeve(4). The pipe mixing housing has a discharging openings(22) for discharging components and is expanded from distal end(21) to a axial shaft(A). The atomization sleeve(4) includes a side covering the mixing housing in an end part and includes a inflow hole(41) for flowing in a compression atomization medium.
