More Information
Summary:Printing-ink/-lacquer comprises at least one non-radiation hardenable aromatic polycarbonate, which is based on geminal disubstituted dihydroxydiphenylcycloalkane, as binding agent; and at least one radiation hardenable monomer, which is (meth)acrylate, vinyl ether, nitrogen containing compound having an ethylenically double bond, as solvent, where the polycarbonate is dissolved in the solvent and the solvent is bonded to the printing-ink/-lacquer in a chemically crosslinked form, after the hardening. Independent claims are included for: (1) a layer material, preferably with a thickness of up to 20 mm, comprising a substrate with a thickness of preferably 0.02-0.8 mm, preferably a foil from thermoplastics, and a color layer and/or a lacquer layer with a thickness of 3-50 mu m, preferably from the printing-ink/-lacquer; and (2) a process for the preparation of the layer material comprising coating the substrate, preferably a foil from the thermoplastic plastic, with the color layer and/or lacquer layer through printing, preferably silk-screen printing, and subsequently injection molding with one or more thermoplastic layer.
